Climate Action Learning
Students connect abstract concepts they learn in the classroom with hands-on activities they gain in the Earthlab. Then, they bring those personal and scientific inquiries into the field, where they connect what they've explored at the Lab to the wider context of their world and environment.

Community Partnership
Earthlab is the confluence of community, non-profit organizations, San Diego public schools, volunteers, and university resources.

During my time with Earthlab, I fostered countless meaningful relationships with students and families across the Lincoln Cluster schools. These direct relationships informed the goals, initiatives, and directions of the NGO and University in partnership.
